I used to stay at this hotel for many years I went back to it this time after two years the hotel has not missed a note it got better and cleaner they remodeled the lobby and restaurant and the service got better than before
I had a great stay
Hotel was solid 4 stars. First room we got had a smoke smell, and initially they only offered to do some air treatment to it (which I was skeptical about). The second night I said it still smelled like smoke and insisted on a new room, which they obliged. New room was fine.
The room was small but good enough. No fitness center and no iron in the room (didn't try to ask front desk for one though). Overall other than the smoke smell in the first room, great value for the location.
I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and comfortable. There are lots of cafes and boutiques in the alleys nearby, and an art-house movie theater across the street. Close to Zhongshan subway station. Hotel has a sauna with hot and cold water tubs, too. Excellent breakfast buffet.
This hotel has a modern interior, and the rooms are kept clean and tidy, having the laundry room was a plus! The receptionist are friendly and helpful whenever you needed recommendations around town. Lift is available and brings you right up to the hotel on the 4th floor.
Known for its beautiful riverside parks and pub scene, Zhongshan offers an ideal mix of leisure and nightlife. Families can tour the Fine Arts Museum or visit the city's amusement park and science exhibit. Zhongshan Metro Mall stretches underground 850m from Shuanglian to Taipei Main Station. Check out Little Manila near Christopher's Church or invoke the spirit of Guan Yu at Xingtian Temple.
