Convenient location in the heart of town. Subway station entrance just in front of the hotel. Quite area but Shopping areas within walking distances. Hotel well managed, clear and tidy. Unfortunately breakfast area closed due to pandemic. Reasonable price. Overall highly recommended.

Very good location in a nice neighborhood and is easy to get public transportation like subway and buses. Very clean except for the bad smell in front of the entrance by the public sewer. Friendly staffs and excellent housekeeping, but the towels provided were kind of dated and no soft pillows. Limited equipment in the tiny gym.

The hotel itself is fine and in a central location, but there weren't many amenities that one would expect at a 4-star hotel. Their one restaurant was being renovated and there weren't many food options or shopping around the hotel, certainly not compared with the Zhongshan area where I stayed later. The TV channel selection was limited for English speakers.

Overpriced and under-performing. Amenities were budget-level. Towels sheets etc were thin and worn. The hotel charges a premium price but the facilities were not worth it. Needs attention, maintenance, refurbishing. Management attitude is among the worst I've met with in Taipei: bureaucratic and unwilling to help (with the exception of the splendid front desk staff Peggy, thank you Peggy!).

This was our second time staying at Park Taipei and it was as great as the first time. It is so convenient for transportation, restaurants, and shops. The hotel is very neat and the staff is super friendly and so helpful. They allow us to check in to our room before it was time and we were grateful that we did not have to wait. Overall it is a great place and we will stay again when in Taipei.
