The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The location is great for taking the MRT. The rooms with views of Taipei 101 are very nice. Two downsides are the lack of a true lobby and the restaurant Swensens, with its all American menu and its inconvenient opening hours. It closes way too early for arrivals in the late evening. There aren’t many places to eat.

Loved the location of this hotel. Literally a stone's throw away from the entrance of the hotel is the Daan station exit 6. There are a few bus stops very near the hotel too. Easy to get around Taipei with these. Many great food choices around the area. All within walking distance. Staff were very attentive and efficient.
