"I brought my mother here with her friend for 10 days for her birthday. Some reviews made us nervous with regards to the professionalism of the staff, but I have to say our experience was the complete opposite of many of the bad reviews. Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming and inviting. They were also very accommodating. We had a 16 hour direct flight from NY and were offered early check-in and we were also given the option for late check out. Bonus points for us. The front desk staff...
