It was great overall! The staffs were friendly and nice, very polite and always ready to help. The rooms were also nice and quiet, comfy beds... almost wanted to buy the pillows myself. It's close to Zhongshan MTR station, not a very long walk after walking around for tour whole days so that was nice too. And it was within walking distance to a night market for food and dinners. There's bus stops outside that's also very close to the hotel that you can take bus that goes to it from the Taoyuan airport and back to it, but do note that they may not be necessarily the same bus (route numbers).
