Although the room was a bit small, it was enough for our needs during our 7-night stay. The bathroom is sizeable and well-kept, with cute toiletries. The lobby and sitting area is large and very welcoming, and we spent time there enjoying the free snacks and drinks, unwinding from a long day of touring ...

Head back into the country's past with a trip to the National Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, or explore the modern capital by touring the Taipei 101 skyscraper. Many serious shoppers try to make room reservations at hotels in Taiwan that are close to the Xinyi District in the capital, which is where the malls and markets are concentrated for fashion and souvenir shopping. Other destinations of interest include the Longshan Temple, Daan Forest Park, and the National Palace Museum.

The city of Tainan was once the capital of Taiwan, and it is the oldest destination in the country. One of the most popular things to do in this city is tour the older architectural structures in the area. Some of the best include the 17th-century Dutch Chihkan Towers, the Anping Tree House, the nearly 400-year-old Anping Fort, and the stunning Eternal Golden Fortress. Since prices in Tainan are significantly lower than they are in the capital of Taipei, travellers will enjoy discount hotel rooms, and a cheap Taiwan hotel deal should not be hard to find.
