Nothing but positives for this property. Very friendly and helpful staff. The place was clean and has a fresh smell when you walk the hallways to your room. Good breakfast offering. It is also conveniently located near MRT and the area has lots of dining and shopping options. If you want to stay in an area with lots of activities day and night then this is for you. Will definitely book this hotel again!

Westgate Hotel is a really good hotel to stay at - this is our 2nd time. Well located. Staff are excellent and always attentive to requests. Breakfast is great with a wide range of dishes. Rooms are clean and well furnished. Only one suggestion that can easily be attended to is for railings/hooks to put up in the bath and toilet compartments for easier hanging up of clothing and/or towels. Thanks KH

the room was small but very well looked after and clean. breakfast buffet was quite good with a mix of western and local choices. staff are friendly and helpful. this was located right beside the MRT. it is an amazing property for its price point. i would stay again.
