The bed was so sunken that my husband and I could feel the springs poking our back every night. My husband and I suffered through 7 uncomfortable nights. To make things worse, my husband experienced something eerie right before falling asleep, he felt as if someone grabbed his arm twice. This happened after we had already changed rooms due to another unsettling incident in our first room. As if that wasn’t enough, the hotel started renovation work in the room next to ours early in the morning while we were still sleeping. We paid money only to go through all of this. The posting said they have laundry they do not you have to walk further down the street for coin laundry. Also claims to be soundproof it’s not I could hear everything going on in the other rooms. The staff was pleasant and kind but that’s about the only good thing about this place.
