« I booked and paid for this property several weeks in advance. Received multiple booking confirmation messages and trip reminders from VRBO. Just days before my trip, the property owner messaged me to say the house was already booked. It’s now been nearly a week and I cannot get the owner or VRBO to process my payment refund. »

« Had a wonderful stay. Large windows face the lake and the deck is a lovely place to eat and look out on the water. The kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. The beach, a short walk away, was lots of fun as the weather was hot. Water shoes recommended as there is a rocky bit before sandy bottom. »

« Fantastic large house with lots of space to spread out. The check in process was very easy and our host was very responsive. We were very happy with how clean the house was. We had short drive to Niagara Falls and Niagara on the lake. We didn’t realize the home was very close to the QEW, which made travel easy, but added some road noise. « The property and views are breathtaking. Fit our group of 6 perfectly. Andrea was always available for any questions we had. Minor issues such as bugs (which go with the territory) and the smell; also no co trol over that prevented us from spending more time outside but the inside amenities made up for that. Ready to book again! »
