The breakfast was good, had decent choices and always replenished!! The breakfast area was very comfortable and quite large with ample space I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Hamilton area"

"The hotel was very comfortable and had excellent amenities: the free breakfast, wifi, and fitness room/swimming pool, and outdoor patio. Having a in-suite kitchen is a big plus especially if you just want to eat-in and stay put for the evening. The central location is also a big plus, with nearby Jackson Square, King William Street restos/cafes and shopping along James St North. Was also able to visit the nearby Art Gallery of Hamilton (AGH) - amazing! The Art Crawl (2nd Fridays) was also a fun event to attend/participate in. Hamilton is really a great place for an affordable and quality weekend getaway. Love the burgeoning artist scene! "

"The staff at the best western in Burlington never fail to deliver exceptional service. As a regular returner to this hotel I'm always welcomed with a smile and warmth. The staff were able to check me in early and everything met my standards. All the reception staff are another level and I think most hotels should have service just like these guys. Was lovely to see my friend on reception (girl with braids but forgot her name ) who was always happy to see me. The staff in Burlington I cannot fault in any wayyyy "
