« We were in Port Dover for a family wedding and rented this cottage for the Labour Day week-end with my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. The cottage has great amenities. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, had a fire every night. Lots of games in the cottage, very clean. The coffee and espresso maker were a nice addition with a good selection of coffees and teas. Anyone wanting to stay in this area, we recommend this cottage. My only complaint was the windy weather -- very high winds...

« My fiance and I stayed at Rui's place for the weekend looking for a quiet getaway from the city. This location had everything we were looking for! Beautiful spot on the water. Make sure to take a walk down the pier to the lighthouse. Rui was a great host, 100% satisfaction. »

« A perfect little vacation rental beside Lake Erie and the Grand River. The cottage was comfortable had everything we needed, and Rui was super quick to respond to any questions we had. We noticed that a few reviews mentioned the WiFi, but we had no problems at all; the WiFi was fast and reliable! We’d definitely return to this lovely place! »

« From the indoor fire place to the perfect comfy decor, this cottage was a dream escape for a long weekend. The hottub and outdoor fire pit added to the activities we could do in late March, and the beach was a 2 minute walk away. Little touches, like a fully stocked kitchen, bath and beach towels, and the arcade and board games made this place extra special. »

We wrote all day, relaxed in the hot tub during sunsets, and walked along the shore. « This cosy cottage offered everything we needed for our week's stay. The kitchen was well sto ked for cooking meals and the backyard space was great for grilling, eating, and relaxing in. We loved the public beach a short walk away and the pier. Had a great time!! »

« Overall a nice place. A little perturbed by all the pest prevention devices throughout the home (didn’t see any mice though so that’s a good thing). Some long white dog hair found throughout as well which was off putting. Despite this the view was nice and the space was great. »
