Vintage Roost at Fleming Farms

Located in The Beamsville Bench wine region, Vintage Roost is a spacious three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom detached guest house on a Century Farm property. With over 30 wineries in the immediate area, Vintage Roost’s central Beamsville location also boasts over 25 restaurant options from fast food to fine dining. The well-equipped modern kitchen is also ideal for staying home and serving up the beautiful fresh produce from the farms surrounding the town.

The large open living space features the original wood, which was recently converted from an indoor swimming pool into this charming but modern and spacious guest house. Your host(Josh) is the grandson of the original owners of Fleming Farms, who made themselves a comfortable living in the chicken hatching business. Josh wanted to preserve the history in his renovation and has included vintage décor, marrying it with all of the modern amenities we expect today.

The principal bedroom offers a beautiful king bed, an ensuite half bath, and a spacious closet with shelving. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and large closets share the main bathroom with an ultra deep soaker tub.

In the main living area, you will find an electric fireplace, an ample table for dining with friends or playing cards or board games, and a private exterior courtyard. The new appliances and quartz countertops add a touch of luxury, while the vintage art throughout the guest house add vintage charm to the décor.

Beamsville/Eclipse Visit
We stayed at Vintage Roost for the Eclipse. It was myself and 4 other adults. This location was perfect for us. The renovation done by J&J is wonderful. It is a very clean and beautiful space. The house was equipped with almost anything you would need for a short stay. The house is walkable to local stores, bars, restaurants and within a very quick drive to many more including some great wineries. There house was equipped with games to play and a large enough table for all of us. There is only one full bathroom, so showering took a little time, but there was always enough hot water. Each room had a separate heater/air-conditioner, which we loved. When planning our trip I was in contact with J&J a lot asking questions about the area and for recommendations for places to go. Each message or text sent was responded to quickly with loads of information. Their help really made the trip. We followed quite a few of their restaurant and winery recommendations and were never disappointed. While we were there if we had a question they were very quick to respond. We look forward to visiting again, and hope to plan another trip this fall.
