The apartment was clean, comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchen and some necessary utensils, which made it feel like a home away from home. The receptionist staff were helpful. The location is excellent - just a short walk from train station, the Shambles, York Minster and many other attractions. Everything is easily walkable, which made exploring the city very convenient. I’ve stayed before and have just tried to book for next year but nearly every weekend is booked up through 2026\. This time the noise around the apartment was a bit more. Doors slamming, people walking past and up the stairs not being considerate. Hairdryer provides, plenty of towels, hand wash and shower wash. Sachets of Nescafé and Yorkshire Tea bags with the usual cartons of uht milk and sugar. Only thing I’d add that it didn’t have was a freezer compartment for ice. Parking on site is a real bonus if book in advance. Property secure and has everything you need and lovely and clean. Good for family stay. Only downside is the limited parking lots onsite. Well equipped 'flat' with washing machine and full kitchen facilities. Really good and decent price.
