"Bedsheets didn’t fit, came off every 30 minutes while sleeping. Drunk man asleep on the floor in the hallway, taking up the whole hallway and needed to be stepped over. Harassed by another drunk man while entering my room. Keys needed to be redone twice no matter how careful we were not to put them near our electronics. Vending machines weren’t working properly. Very loud BBQs under our window in the parking lot every night until dark. Sound proof rooms were something mentioned on the listing but you can hear absolutely everything through the walls from every direction. Shower made extremely loud screeching noise when the warm water ran and there were bars to hold onto placed uncomfortably in the shower so it was hard to shower comfortably. Bathroom was very small and did not look like the photos."

"I stayed at this hotel for my daughter’s wedding and had a very nice experience. The hotel was clean, and the staff was kind and helpful. They offer breakfast, and we also used the swimming pool and the gym, which were both very good. We stayed for three days, and everything was comfortable and pleasant. I also think the price is very affordable for what they offer. I would recommend this hotel to others."

"Yes The place was clean the check-in was friendly The room was clean I just found it kind of unusual I use a walker I'm disabled and my floor was located on the fourth floor with a nice walk in shower with low water pressure there was a message that came to my email You know how's your room and do you have any concerns message which was a nice I said the only concern I have is I'm on the fourth floor and if there was an emergency a disabled person wont be able to get down to the first floor. They didn't seem concerned about it but they noted it I just find it unusual that disabled people would be put up on the top floor. It actually was a beautiful sight because I could see the lake not from my room but from the hallway. I didn't have breakfast I grabbed coffee on my way out but it looked like it would be very satisfying. I was able to use the pool in the middle of the day and then mr Olympic swimmer came in after I got out of the pool and it was kind of curious that he took over the pool and did his laps and splashed up water all the way around but it didn't disrupt anybody and it just showed that people really got to use the property and use the space for whatever their needs were. I would suggest opening the pool at 6 or 7am for people who work to use before departure.The parking lot is well lit I parked in the disabled space right by the door. And the room rates were extremely affordable. I would highly recommend this location."

"Did not receive the paid room with a bathtub. Exorbitant pet fee of $75. Pool color was cloudy. No fresh toilet paper roll, entered room with a ¼ left had to call front desk. "
