"I spent a night at Glo Best Western Hotel in the Bronx, New York City. It’s an excellent place to stay with your family. It’s in a good shopping center on the Southern Blvd. The 2 &5 Train station is just around the corner. They have parkin’ nice staff, clean and spacious room for breakfast. They only need to adjust their bath though clean. I recommend this hotel to every traveler who needs a place to spend a day or days in the Bronx. I enjoyed the place."

"Helpful & professional staff, modern & comfortable area to wait for our room’s readiness. The third floor room had floor to ceiling windows with sheers & blackout curtains and was well designed & crisply prepared. The bedding was attractive & arranged nicely (lots of pillows, something for everyone) and the mattress was very comfortable. The bathroom was modernly styled, plenty of hot water for the glass enclosed shower, very clean & well maintained with nice smelling body wash, shampoo, conditioner & hand soap. The towels smelled fresh & were the right blend of soft & absorbent. We had a complimentary shuttle with a pleasant driver to JFK at 6am. Would definitely stay again!"

"I was able to find street parking, but the hotel doesn't have parking for guests. For me, the lack of a decent relaxing spot was disappointing. We were told to head to the C level for coffee in the morning. When you get off the elevator on the C level, there is a huge room with an empty counter with the exception of a singular coffee machine and a stack of disposable cups. There wasn't even regular coffee and the "espresso" that was dispensed was terribly sweet. I like sugar in my coffee, but not this. This space had 2 card-style tables, a few chairs and a couple of dorm style couches. It wasn't very inviting. I believe it could be a great space, but I would recommend visiting another similar space and seeing how things are done differently. I'm not sure how to manage said space with few people on staff, but it still needs to be addressed. The only other place to sit outside of our room was the lobby. This sitting area was small, which is okay, but was located right next to the main entrance. This detail makes the upgrade of the C level space even more important."

"Check in staff was not interested, pointed to the lift but gave no instructions to get to room. Under beds had not been cleaned for some time! No instructions for coffee maker. Lady at checkout was much more friendly and helpful, and if you don't mind the lack of vacuuming and going elsewhere for coffee, it's a great location and cheap."
