Good hotel with the given price. Staff was great! Only thing I would like to see improved is the complementary breakfast.

"Great view of the village from the hotel room"
The check-in receptionists were not very professional and continued their personal conversation after we appeared at the desk. The balcony had not been cleaned.....found a nose-strip in full view and there was water on the balcony. The room was nice, especially the upstairs bedroom and the kitchenette was good. Loved the hot-tub!

"Average "
Decided to take my wife to Whistler for the night for our 10 year anniversary, and saw the amazing ratings for the Pinnacle Hotel so I decided to book. I called a week ahead to see if we could access our room early (offered to pay extra), because we had massages booked at the Scandinavia Spa.We arrived early and tried to check in early, they said that they'd try and call us when it was ready. That call didn't happen (yes they said it wasn't gerrenteed to be ready early) Honestly it's a 3 star hotel with 2-3 star service, so you get what you pay for. It's a place to stay, for an affordable price.

"Enjoyable and convenient"
Nice hotel that is located very close to lifts and the village. There is a ski rental shop located on premises and, although it might be pricier than others in the area and they had a good selection of demos. And, they refunded the price of one day's rental after told them we went snowmobiling for a day. Breakfast at the in-house restaurant, Grille and Vine, was very good, but also very expensive. We dined at the several excellent (and pricey) restaurants in the area, but we could have prepared our own meals in the well designed kitchenette in our room if we were so inclined. The only thing lacking was an outdoor lounge with a fireplace.

"Cute and cozy room in the Village"
The staff were really nice and helpful. They let us check in around noon when our check in time was supposed to be 4pm, so that was great. They also let us stay an hour past check out time. Really lovely and cosy room. Came with a little kitchen and dining space. The kitchen had a lot of tools for us to use. We also had a nice private porch over looking the village streets. Bed was very comfy and clean. Decent channels on the tv as well. The room had a really great cabin feel to it.
