This hotel is so cute and comfortable! A daily candy bar is so fun and the views from the room balcony are beautiful. The beds are comfortable, it was super quiet at night and the staff were very friendly. It is conveniently close to everything in the village.

Good location, within walking distance to most points of interest. Rooms are spacious, and clean. Unfortunately, you hear a lot of noise from the hallway in the room. Very nice view from the upper floors. Good water pressure, elevators are a bit slow and 3 of 4 were working. Staff are friendly professional and very helpful. Onsite restaurant and coffee shop, otherwise many restaurants are within walking distance.

Best hotel i’ve stayed at, by far. The staff were excellent. They greeted me every time i walked through the doors, every time i ran into them in the halls, etc, very friendly. Any requests/questions i had, they answered them right away. Room was very excellent, great mattress, great room controls (lighting and temperature). The only thing; and this is a very small thing compared the amount of things the hotel did great on, is that it would be nice if the TV in the room was a smart tv, or have access to netflix/youtube or streaming etc. There is an ipad which has this however it would be nice to have it on a bigger screen. Regardless that is a very minor ding. If I find myself in Vancouver again, i will be staying here, that’s for certain.

Cassandra hotel was great and clean. The hotel receptionist name Handra was so nice, amazing, friendly and helpful. I want to thank her.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. The staff were very friendly, the location was ideal (close to the Whitecaps game) and the 1 bedroom suite was comfortable. A couple draw backs was that I didn't realize at the time of checkin (and missed a subsequent email) that the timeshare/condo units at Rosedale do not include shampoo/conditioner which was a little bit of an inconvenience when you are staying for a few nights.
