Nestled amid the beautiful Fairmont Chateau Golf Course, this bright, spacious townhome offers stunning views, three large, comfortable bedrooms and a living space with floor to ceiling windows. Step inside to discover a top floor primary suite, complete with an ensuite bathroom offering privacy and comfort. The main level offers two generously sized bedrooms, one with a queen bed and another with a single over double bunk bed as well as a separate single. The beautifully redesigned kitchen comes with a built in wine fridge and an open plan breakfast bar, ideal for family meals or entertaining. A great location for adventure enthusiasts, whether it be Summer or Winter. For skiers and boarders, the base of Blackcomb mountain as well as an array of restaurants and shops are only a short walk or free shuttle ride away in the Upper Village. Hikers and bikers can enjoy an extensive network of trails as part of Lost Lake park or enjoy a jump in the lake during the warmer summer months.

Located slopeside on Blackcomb Mountain, the Benchlands offers alpine seclusion while still being just steps from the Upper Village as well as the hustle and bustle of Whistler Village. With a slopeside setting, these lodging options will have you on the slopes (or the first tee of the Chateau Whistler Golf Course) in minutes. Many of these complexes have ski-in/ski-out access and they are all on the free shuttle route to and from the Village. In the summer enjoy quick access to Lost Lake Park as well as a weekly outdoor Farmers Market.

There is parking in a reserved stall for one vehicle in the complex underground parking. Visitor parking available on a first come, first served basis.
THINGS TO KNOW
- This home has three portable air conditioning units (in the living room and 2 of the bedrooms). A portable fan is provided in the other bedroom.
- Pack 'N Play & High Chairs are available for rentals by request.
HOUSE RULES
No smoking, no pets, no parties, no skis or bikes permitted inside units. Minimum booking age of 25. Base occupancy is 7 adults and max occupancy is 8 adults. The 8th adult pays C$35 per night per person. Children under 12 years old stay free of charge.
