This was our first time in Boston. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It is worth paying for a hotel right downtown. The location of the Harborside Inn was the best! We stayed 3 nights. We walked everywhere. There was no need for other transportation. Sightseeing, dining, shopping all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!

Hotel lobby was very pretty, and felt very inviting. Unique thing about this particular hotel was the staff making you waffles during breakfast rather than you having to do it yourself.

Chambre propre. Près de tout en transport en commun.

A perfect stay on a pretty street, just minutes away from great shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The area felt very safe and the building was secure. Our king room was spacious and spotless. The kitchenette had everything you need for a short stay and the staff were communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend and will visit again!

Second time staying at this hotel and it’s on my list of good ones in Boston. It is in a gorgeous (albeit pricey) area and convenient to South Station. Well worth it if you can get a good deal on rooms, which we did on this latest trip. Rooms are small but functional if you are well organized, clean, attentive staff too, and a VERY comfy bed!

When is the most affordable time to visit Weston?
The most affordable time to visit Weston, Massachusetts, for budget-conscious travellers is generally during the shoulder seasons of spring (April to early June) and autumn (September to October). During these periods, the peak summer tourist crowds have either not yet arrived or have already departed, leading to lower accommodation prices and potentially better deals on flights.
For solo travellers, visiting during these times means you can often find more competitive rates on guesthouses and smaller inns, which can be particularly appealing given Weston's quiet, residential character. The weather is typically pleasant, ideal for exploring the town's natural beauty without the summer heat or winter chill. You can enjoy walking or cycling along the scenic trails and admiring the New England foliage in autumn, which offers a beautiful, free activity.
While Weston itself is a more affluent community with fewer traditional budget accommodation options, its proximity to Boston (a 30-minute drive or train ride) means you can stay in more affordable areas of the city and commute for day trips. Consider looking for accommodations in nearby Waltham or Newton during these shoulder seasons, which often have better value hotels and are well-connected by public transport to Weston.
