"I stayed at this hotel unexpectedly due to a family emergency, drawn by its proximity to Misericordia Hospital. When manager Subin learned of my situation, he kindly offered ways to reduce my nightly rate and included breakfast in the package. The staff checked in on me regularly and made several schedule adjustments so I could remain in the same room throughout my stay. The room was exceptionally clean and quiet, and the breakfast—served at your table—was a lovely surprise. Yes, some of the decor is a little dated, but the hotel is comfortable, well-kept, and staffed by genuinely caring people who go above and beyond. Five stars, without hesitation.
