"My family of 6 stayed at this Kensington home over Christmas. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen/living room areas were spacious and lovely. Communication with the host was easy and immediate. I would definitely recommend this space to friends."

"This flat was perfect for our stay. The location is just about two blocks from the Earls Court tube station making it super easy to get in and out. The flat has a small entrance way with stairs up to the first floor. The two bedrooms and living area are small but fit our family of three well. It was nice to have a kitchen to cook breakfast before heading out for the day."

"The apartment was very clean and tidy. It’s very well connected to the underground and buses, and a short walk to overground. The neighborhood is calm and safe with many shops and restaurants nearby. The host was always replying to our messages and explaining everything we asked. Overall we had a great experience staying in there. 😌"

It ended up being fine, we had a family of five and the 3 kids all had their own bed to stay in, and the location was honestly perfect and surrounded by really great local foods. "We stayed in a different room from the one I booked. It was smaller than I thought it would be, but we made it work. The kitchen was great, it includes a washer but no dryer. The area is charming and easy access to public transportation. A wonderful car service is not to far and very reasonable."

"Easy to catch local transport including bus or train. Pleasant gardens, views of the Thames. Access to supermarket and coffee shops. Also restaurants on site. We hope to teturn again."

"Very modern and new building. Facilities available are first class. Without a car, public transport was priority one snd being only a few minutes walk from a railway station sealed the deal. Also 3 supermarkets within 5 minutes walk was very helpful. Would stay there again"

"The interior facility was fine. Clean and functional. The communication with management was good. They responded quickly. They called to check to make sure everything was OK early in the stay. However… As many other reviews have said about the Hounslow location… The entry area was filled with trash every day from other businesses. The space heaters were not properly assembled and so they actually sat wobbling on the cords. I did call and report this and sent pictures. There was zero security....

"Location was great... Management was horrible! Their advertisement falsely stated that there was laundry on the property. The apartment smelled of sewage. The window ledge fell on my foot, twice. For a seven days stay, they gave me two towels. I had to go out and purchase more toilet tissue, trash bags, and paper towels. House keeping came and bought air freshner for the sewage smell and that was it. I wouldn't recommend this place to a homeless person... Absolutely horrible... "
