I wasn’t given the access codes to the property before arrival and when I tried to contact the company over a few hours no one responded. They eventually did but by that time I had already booked another property and didn’t go back. »

« Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
