"We arrived in London shortly after 6 am. It took a while to go through Heathrow and get to the hotel. We did have to wait for a room, but the staff was accommodating and our room was ready in about an hour. This gave us an opportunity to grab a quick nap and then discover London."

"The hotel is fine. We have stayed here before and like it as it is close to Heathrow. The only issue is the shuttle service to Heathrow is through an agency that the hotel contracts with so it is pricey compared to Uber "

"The room was very well presented and comfortable. All the staff were welcoming and polite. On check in we were not upgraded even though we had VIP status and we were not informed of the 20% discount on the restaurant. They say they have smart TVs but there is no netflix to sign into and no option to connect an Amazon fire stick. I called reception to ask for assistance but they said they didnt know which was disappointing. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. "
