"I booked this hotel because I read about their comfy beds, and they did not disappoint—they were the comfiest beds of our entire trip. The location was also very convenient since we had an early flight the next morning. While we did encounter a few issues with the staff, such as being placed on the lowest floor despite booking a high floor room and not being informed about needing our room key to operate the lights and air conditioning, these were minor inconveniences. "We had an amazing time at Ibis, staff were lovely, breakfast very good, bed, shower all very comfortable, we were able to leave our luggage safely and go explore London before checking in which was great, it's so easy for transport as Shepherds Bush is on the Central Line very handy for most attractions.
