The bar/restaurant had very slow service... we waited a long time for a drink and food at a seemingly not busy place.

    Centrally located close to metro station. Restaurant menu does not have many options. Breakfast expensive and not included in room rate. Busy (noisy) street.

    Reasonable location. Walk straight down 17th Street to metro station or carry on down to White House area. We had an extremely noisy room on 9th floor. Loud mechanical noise all night. Dreadful experience. Complained and moved room. We were astonished to find the bar and restaurant were closed by 9.30pm even though we were told and it as published they were open until 10.00pm. So beware don’t plan to eat or drink at hotel.

    We had a de luxe room but no ref and microwave oven. We have to pay for the bottled water. We missed our tour bus on the 2nd day although we were just at the lobby.
