Bogus billing and poor communication of hotel
Checked in and was given a key went up to room key did not work went back to front desk the key was reset. Went back up to room opened door to find room had other occupants already. Went back to front desk they upgraded to a different room a suite which was a positive. Next morning on check out was presented a bill with a room service charge on it which was not for our room. They could not fix it until later fast forward to several calls later and an ENDLESS amount of being on hold listen to music or simply endless ringing with no one bothering to pick up phone and still not fixed so I had my CC company pull the excess payment back from the hotel.
