The rooms need some work. Taps at sink are backwards , the glass shelf by toilet needs securing, the toilet paper holder is right on top of the toilet and difficult to use. There is no where in the bathroom to put toiletries. The 2 lamps in the room do not provide enough light. The stove top in kitchen area didn’t work. Didn’t like the TV in the closet. AC/heat difficult to control, there should be written instructions. Room was a good size. Beds were comfortable

I still haven't received my receipt from this stay. There was a cockroach in our room. The sheets were not correct. No room cleaning. The ceiling in the lobby collapsed during a rainstorm. Parking was super expensive.

Elvis and Jayce were amazing! Elvis is so caring, hardworking and thoughtful. if we could take him home with us we would! Jayce was also great and helped with deactivated keys and answering any questions we had!

The biggest drawback with this property was lack of a fridge. Particularly for a several stay. People who need medication kept cold could not stay here

Great location but the facility leaves a lot to be desired for the cost of stay. Staff needs to improve on customer service.

The restaurant and bar are closed, which is fine there are plenty of restaurants in the area but they then they charge you and amenities fee and there are no amenities. Parking was $60 per day. You can find cheaper rates at the parking garage down the street from the hotel. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in the rooms. Good location.
