Enjoyed being able to see a concert at the Anthem and not having to drive home. Hyatt House was an excellent place to stay because it was on the Wharf where there was a lot to see and do. The view from the room was beautiful.

The location, breakfast, and neighborhood shuttle were convenient. The free shuttle offers 6 stops including the national mall and L'Enfant metro. The area is pretty busy especially in the afternoons/evenings. We were able to check-in a little early and like that check-out was at noon.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay July 4th weekend. This location sits on the middle of everything! The hotel room was very nice and clean. Only con was parket was $65 for the night; which i learned the parking waa not associated with the hotel.

My room had a pretty view and was perfect for a cozy overnight! The location was great especially considering I was there for a concert and didn’t want to be caught in immediate traffic to go back and forth. My only complaint is there were no complimentary waters in the room. I’ve never been to a hotel that didn’t have at least one for the coffee station.

In a perfect location to get around all of DC, so many bus stops nearby, with one bus even being free to take you to National Mall. Room was clean & just like the photos, also the free breakfast offered was great!

My son and I stayed for a few days around Independence Day and really enjoyed ourselves. Staff was courteous and friendly, facilities were clean, convenient and comfortable. The view from the room was good. The pool was smaller than expected but adequate. The most annoying thing was the elevator, you had to select a floor prior to the car coming to your floor. Myself and a few other guests were constantly having to hop off to press the button to get back on to get to our floor. Breakfast was tasty and varied across our stay, and there were a bunch of options close to the hotel. All in all, an excellent experience!

This was a great stay for us. Overall best hotel I have stayed in but really pricey. The only thing I was disappointed with was the mattress for the sofa bed. It was beyond flat and it was a "spring" mattress. So we ended up putting cushions on top for my 12 yo to sleep on. If it was a longer stay than what we did, I would have requested a new mattress (the entire hotel was booked so a new room was out of the question). The staff were amazing!
