Excellent accomodations. The staff was professional and attentive. The room was impeccable and exactly as listed. The hotel is conveniently situated next to the NoMa station of the train. Behind the hotel there is an elevated walkway that allow you to enjoy the view of the city without the con ern of passing cars.

The hotel was clean and felt very secure. The staff was all very Poland professional. My only complaint is that the room temperature would not go below 73 degrees; however, I think the hotel was having HVAC issues as the gym was warm and there were portable AC units in the lobby.

I didn't realize what a good pick this was when I reserved this hotel in DC. This property is just one stop away from Union Station via the Metro red line. The Metro station is just a few doors down from the hotel. I was able to get an early check-in and my room on the fifth floor was very clean. I appreciated the microwave and refrigerator for the items I picked up from a nearby Trader Joe's. Union Market and other great places to eat are less than .5 miles away. You can order food for pickup from the hotels cafe on the 2nd floor if you don't want to go out, but its not 24 hour service. There is a laundry, gym and pool and it was quiet all the time. My only issue and it has nothing to do with the hotel, was the school kids that mob the 7-11 next door before and after school. I'd stay there again.

Our stay at the courtyard Marriott over July 4 was great. The location, next to the metro station, was very convenient to all DC activities. The staff was very nice and friendly. There were some air-conditioning issues in the main spaces, but the rooms were perfectly cool. As a family, we will definitely stay there again.

The staff were all great. Nicole at the front desk is kind, knowledgeable, reassuring and the hotels biggest asset. The guys on the first floor were amazing and friendly. They remembered us everytime we walked back in. Fantastic experience and great for families. The location was nice for getting to the noma metro station and many restaurants within a ten minute walk.

Stayed here overnight because of an early next day event at the Nationals Park. Front desk attendants were welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our requests. The room temperature was cool and sufficiently roomy for 3 people. The beds were soft and very comfortable. We loved how it was just outside the metro station with Dominos pizza beside for a quick late-night dinner. Definitely a very good stay!

Unfortunately the hotel was under major construction and was a mess. One elevator worked out of 3, no AC on the 2nd floor where the restaurant|bar is located, drilling noises at 7am, the poor housekeeping staff was overworked/understaffed, valet parking was next level challenging, no trolleys were available to help carry luggage, etc. Thank goodness for the restaurant|bar staff who were wonderful and powered through the AC challenges.
