We had an amazing stay ! Very friendly , clean and very helpful staff

.

Clean and well maintained. Handy location from airport with shuttle service that was available quickly after arriving at airport

Hotel lobby was very pretty, and felt very inviting. Unique thing about this particular hotel was the staff making you waffles during breakfast rather than you having to do it yourself.

Location to pier and airport

I stayed for 9 nights at this location! Staff is absolutely awesome !!! Best staff I have ever dealt with . The bar staff also amazing! Kitchen and front desk staff were absolutely fantastic and so helpful and kind ! Cheers Tewksbury!! Calgary Derek

Staff were amazing. Evrything was clean and nice

The staff were very friendly and attentive. We had our dog with us and they accomodated our needs.

.

Staff are nice. Location is lose to highway and local downtown. The room is clean.

Nice and quiet rooms, comfortable beds, and very nice shower rooms.

Parking was hard

Definitely a more expensive hotel, but worth it in my opinion if you have the funds! Super walkable to every thing you might want to do in Salem. We parked the car and didn’t get back in till we were leaving. The hotel staff were so kind and professional and polite. And the building itself is stunning inside and out. Only downside was our room didn’t have a mini fridge haha but first world problems right. There was always cold water available to refill bottles.

Very clean and nice area

Superbe hébergement

This was our first time in Boston. The hotel was absolutely perfect. It is worth paying for a hotel right downtown. The location of the Harborside Inn was the best! We stayed 3 nights. We walked everywhere. There was no need for other transportation. Sightseeing, dining, shopping all within walking distance. Can't wait to go back!
