"Staff was very friendly & facilities were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient with a grocery store and Mexican restaurant across the street along with a few other stores. The Chelsea train station is a short walk and one stop from North Station. There is complimentary coffee and breakfast each morning with hot options available."

"Let’s start with positive - staff was very kind and helpful! Everyone was very nice. But there was nothing special about this hotel. The rooms are average. The lobby is so small. We paid $200 for one night, no refrigerator in the room, the bathroom is super small, the water was never hot in the shower ,max was a body temperature level. The room was small. The heater was soooo loud we couldn’t sleep and had to turn it off for the night. The worst was the parking situation. If you park in the garage that the hotel suggests -you can’t get in and out, you have to pay each time. Not good. To find a street parking was impossible. The front desk lady helped us finding a good option, although you have to walk 2-3 blocks back to the hotel. I’m not sure why the reviews are so high, maybe the location? Anyways, there are better options in Boston. "
