Right near a major 4 ways street, so quite noisy. Our stay at the plaza Inn was definitely not what we expected. We stayed in the hotel for five days and four nights, and the staff did not once come to clean our room, make our beds, give us fresh towels or take any of our garbage. The bed was extremelyuncomfortable and the bedding was so light, We were freezing cold, and the heater was so loud that every time it would kick in, we would wake up. You can’t tell from the pictures, but this hotel is right on the side of the very busy and loud highway. And the walls of the room were so thin you could hear the highway noise, and other guests, loud and clear! For the amount of money we paid to stay here it was not worth it. The room smelled of cigarettes the moment we stepped in and the floors were dirty. They did provide clean bedding and towels, as well as hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. The staff was very friendly and easy to get in touch with and there was plenty of parking. It served it's purpose of us just needing a place to stay but we felt unsafe leaving our luggage there from previous reviews so we had to bring it with us. The room was not the cleanest to begin with, but when we pulled back the sheets to one of the beds it was soiled from the blankets all the way to the mattress. Absolutely disgusting.The staff was not helpful other than a couple of new flat sheets for the inconvenience. Dirty bedsheets, missing paint off walls, floors were dirty, there was a hole in the shower between the tub and the tiles where they meet, there was Sheetrock missing above the shower that they just painted over(was very uneven). No breakfast was provided, parking lot stunk like something died outside, AI pics were definitely used for this hotel/Inn, and very shady customer service that tried to charge me again for a room on the day of arrival saying they had no reservation from Expedia and did not receive any $$ from them. He tried to get me to pay for room again when he saw I was from out of town and our party was two young females.
