"This place was our stopover after a full day and evening at the park. It was about 10 minutes away from inside the park. House was cozy, heated pads on the bed were a nice touch after the cold fog all day. I especially loved the welcome cat on the property and the black chicken who perched on our railing to sleep for the night. All the animals were friendly which is a testiment to their loving environment. "

"Nice rustic place. We normally stay in 4 and 5 * hotels and this was not that but it was a cool little spot for what the town is. It’s remote with not a lot of choices. The room was clean and if we can’t get a room in the park again when we’re there next, we will try to stay here again. "

"This house was so beautiful! We loved the architecture, the art & decor, and enjoyed the back porch with the jacuzzi! Our teenage son also loved having his own room with a bathroom off the back porch. A perfect house to go and enjoy the Volcano National Park! We enjoyed the Lanikai Brewing Company and went back twice for the pizza! "
