"We stayed in a new wing. It was really quite noisy, doors banging etc. The breakfast was really only so-so. Staff were great. We would not stay there again."
"Check in was super easy, and the directions given to guide us to reception & to the guesthouse were very helpful to have.
A spacious room with a little seating area and a large bathroom. There is no fridge in the room itself, but there is a large shared kitchen in the building that you can put your things in and hang out with some other guests who are travelling the country. We had a comfortable stay here!"
"We stayed in one of the Superior Studios. It was on the top floor (2nd) an had a nice view out over the water. The inside was very nice, all very clean and well-provisioned. Lovely rain shower. One of the nicer places we've stayed in Iceland. We would definitely stay again"
"I stayed in the standard area of The Barn as a solo traveler and felt very safe during my stay! I stayed for two nights. Both nights my dorm was full, but the second night I found myself as the only woman with less-than-courteous dorm mates. The Barn staff was helpful in finding me a new dorm, which I really appreciated. I would stay here again. "
