We loved our stay here! The apartment was a bit uninviting from the outside, however the interior was absolutely stunning! The place was modern but comfortable, warm and safe. We were able to walk to the shops and local restaurants, and most of all the beach.

The check-in was horrible... Line was super long (at least a dozen people waiting in line). We booked 3 apartments, asked to be close to each other (nope). We also asked for some flexibility so that we didn't have to pack up and change rooms everyday (nope in the beginning -- I had to keep trying). Eventually we said we'd give up the third apartment and make do with squeezing in two JUST SO my elderly mother (in wheelchair) wouldn't have to move rooms. Mind you, I had emailed the hotel a few days before arrival, STILL they did nothing to make arrangement that would gave avoided us having to change rooms EVERY SINGLE DAY of our 3 day stay there. Yes, I get it, room types booked were different on day 2 vs. all other days (that's because during time of booking, the standard 2 bedrooms weren't available). With nearly a week's heads up, I would have thought the hotel would work out a solution before we showed up. Nope. Disappointing. Also, the apartments were not in great shape -- the bathroom grout was grungy... pics definitely looked better than reality. Sorry to say I can't recommend this hotel. Last but not least -- they don't plow/shovel!! We had to crawl in and out of our unit knee deep in snow! In the US this would NEVER have happened.

The front reception and the apartment staff are highly unhelpful and rude. The trash was never picked up and basic hospitality was missing as well. The only good thing is that it is walkable to the grocery store and some shopping/dining

Really nice apartment. Clean, well equipped, large, warm, large bathroom with laundry facilities, kitchen was clean and well equipped, nice beds with good quality bedding, friendly staff and parking directly outside room.
