This hotel has a great location, very clean and most of the rooms are new. Due to weather conditions I had to postpone my already paid stay and the staff was kind enough to understand the situation and moved my night. The view is fantastic is isolated enough to have a great view of the Aurora boreal. Breakfast it’s included and very very complete

Large clean room and comfortable bed . Long coridoor connection most the hotel means quite a bit of noise . Stunning views and convenient for South coast trips . Would stay agsin.

We booked this stay for one night and truthfully didn’t even end up staying here. Hotel is on a large hill, around a 10-15 minute drive from “downtown” Vik so would have been difficult to drive at night. Room was clean and staff was nice but very outdated!

Amazing
We had an amazing view of the valley and the beach beyond. The rooms across the hall have amazing views of the glacier. Service was incredible, breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable. We choose to stay here again when our plans were interrupted at our next hotel due to weather.

We had a big issue with noise from other guests at all hours. This property gets large groups that come on buses together and want to socialize in the hallways. In fact we came back to our room to a gathering in the hall where there were about 20 people just outside our room. Talking very noisily and eating and drinking while sitting on the floor. We reported it 2x but the staff admitted it was a big problem but seem helpless to do anything. They told us moving us would do no good as the groups were all over the hotel. I ended up personally confronting the group on a few occasions which usually quieted them for a short period. In the end the manager told me we are “not alone when we stay in a hotel” but gave us a discount on our dinner to offset the inconvenience. Understand there is always some level of noise you are going to deal with in a hotel but having your room next to a constant loud social party in the hallway outside your room is not acceptable.

Hotel muy bueno, ubicación y acogedor!
La habitación estaba muy bien, el baño fantástico. El desayuno muy completo. La ubicación muy buena, la noche fue perfecta y vimos auroras boreales desde el parking! Todo muy bien. El hotel es muy grande cabe mucha gente y con grandes pasillos, la única pega es que Se escucha bastante la gente por los palillos.
