Great hotel and staff. The only problem at the hotel was caused by Expedia. We had 3 king bed rooms by Expedia, but at the hotel one room was Queen (that was all that was left). Advise people to check with hotel a day or two before arrival ... don't rely on Expedia.

Definitely one of best hotels I have ever been.
Clean and quiet room with a nice view on the sky tower. Comfortable bed and pillows.
Breakfast comes with a good variety of hot and cold options (you can order your own omelette).
Location is very convenient and walking distance to downtown and the harbour.
There are also bus stops by the hotel (public transport is very reliable).
