Easily the best experience we've had in a hotel. The ataff were amazing, our room was continually being cleaned and serviced, even twice a day (we came back one night to the bed remade and chocolates on the pillows). Outstanding quality of room, fascilities and extras in the bathroom. Highly recommend staying here!
The hotel itself is very modern. While you may wait for your room go to the pool, sauna and hot tub or the gym downstairs. One odd thing, no house phone to call front desk anywhere on the level. Very nice room, bed was solid and location is good. Rooftop bar overlooking harbor on 16. One pro tip, go to dinner by 8, things close early in this neighborhood.
Excellent modern hotel with great facilities. Handy location near commercial bay restaurants/shops and the viaduct/ferry terminal. The rooms were large, comfortable, modern and clean. Rooftop bar is epic if you want a cocktail and enjoy the harbour views. Long indoor pool, jacuzzi spa, gym and even a sauna was a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again.
A great staff! a good gym and a spa tub that was nice and hot! the daily breakfasts were very good the room was kept clean every day and an easy walk to shops and restaurants if i return to Auckland i will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful central location with a perfect location for everything downtown. Amazing luxury styled Hotel with great ammenities. The hotel has gorgeous interiors, and the staff are fantastic and extremely helpful and well-mannered. Would I stay here again, definitely.
Great location, close walk to everything central and harbourfront. Hotel is quirky and we really like the decor. Room was nice and big with comfy bed and free mini bar a plus. Would stay again.
Fantastic hotel we booked four rooms for two couples two children and an infant and a parent. The rooms were fantastic enjoyed all the services including the pool buffet breakfast. Our only complaint was the green lights in the room are a little bit of a night.
