Excellent location!! Right amongst all the bars and restaurants but still quiet for sleeping. We used the gym & pools across the road. Discount prices for guests. We won’t stay anywhere else in Auckland now.

Graet place to stay, Was nice and close to all amenties. The Auckalnd Fish Market was the Top of our Favourite Place to come across, while we were on a stroll. Staff we great and helpful.

Very handy for downtown Auckland, the Wharf, Wynyard Quarter, and Britomart. Suite was excellent, with separate kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Friendly staff. Good value hotel given location and quality of the accommodation. Will definitely be using again.

I love the Sebel Viaduct Hotel. This was our 3rd or 4th stay. Great room and great location. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The hot water is limited.

We stayed for two nights (Thurs and Fri) in a Marina view apt, Great location on the viaduct. Close to restaurants bars and shops. The apartment was great however did have signs of wear and tear (frayed curtains, wobbly bathroom sink tap and wonky toilet seat). The only problem was Friday night the bar below had live music on from 9.30 until 1 am. When I mentioned this on checkout the next day I was told we should have been informed about the noise problem on check in. We weren’t. If we had we would have asked to move rooms. Possibly would stay here again but not on a Fri or Saturday.

The location is amazing. The room we had was waterfront with a balcony that we had our coffee or wine on every day. Parking was great, easy to find and use. We enjoyed our time here.

Nice hotel in decent location. Close to plenty of places to eat. Parking is $40 per day and must be booked ahead of time. Bathroom had some mould in it. Room was a little dated but overall couldn’t complain.

Enjoyed a wonderful 2 night stay at The Sebel Viaduct Auckland. We were greeted with friendly helpful staff , an amazing location , and a very comfortable clean room. We really enjoyed the proximity to great restaurants and local sights! We will definitely stay again on a returning visit to NZ 😊

Room was very comfortable and a nice side view of the marina. The location is fantastic. The room's balcony is pitiful and disappointing. Staff helpful and watched our bags on arriving too early. Too bad no food market nearby except a tiny one.

The staff is really excellent, the location is second to none. The hotel has almost no facilities and is not the most luxurious one. A very good choice if you want to stay a few days in the heart of Auckland.
