"Apartment was occupied by someone else when we arrived despite the rental being confirmed. Thankfully we avoided walking in when someone was there. But two parties having access to the security code to get in is a problem in so many fronts — could have gone horribly wrong, Nevermind the terrible inconvenience this caused us.
