We’ve been to 4 different hotels throughout our 7days trip to Montreal, Quebec & Ottawa but i have to say that ReStays Hotel is the BEST OF ALL!!! Even better than those known 5 stars hotel in Quebec! My family & I were very happy that we did the right choice of hotel in Ottawa! Everything is perfect! The hotel room is excellent! everything we needed was there.. very clean, high quality materials/hotel items, FREE & EASY PARKING! I also want to give my commendation to Nabil & Mark for being so courteous, kind & considerate with all our request! they made us feel home! 10/10!

when adding the trolley tour. please let others know they have to reserve ahead of time or all you see is the outside of the jail and the museum. loved the museum but was really looking forward to seeing it.

Pre purchase tour tickets! We took the extended tour and we are glad we did. Time goes by quickly! Tour was very interesting. Check out the penetentiary museum across the street which is at no cost while you're here

What a terrific tour! The tour is led by former guards and they really know their stuff. There is plenty to see and lots to absorb. No need to rush to get there, 10 minutes in advance is enough.
