Room was large and clean. Well located for doing things around Kingston. The hotel layout was a bit unusual but it was clean and well kept.

We got in very late but they were around to check us in right away. Super cute little motel for a reasonable price - liked it a lot! Driving up to the door of our room was very convenient.

"Nice surprise"
Dropped my daughter at Queens and was looking for a hotel to stay overnight before heading back to Toronto. Reasonably priced, complimentary breakfast, friendly staff, clean, nice wide halls and comfortable rooms. Great location for on/off the highway, walking distance to outlet mall and restaurants, grocery store, etc. Will definitely stay again.

"This is allright when a person is not particular ."
No plug or stopper was available for wash sink. The room is allright if a person is only staying for one night. Do not know what other rooms are like, but this one just had the minumum requirements for an overnight stay.

"More Than You Would Expect at the Price."
The hotel was much better than we expected. It had a reasonable price and the rooms were large and clean with appropriate furniture and large screen TV. Sufficient towels were provided. The WIFI was free. Pets were allowed and the interior of the hotel was fine. There was an indoor pool and a large area for the continental breakfast and you could use the pool table there at other times. There was an outdoor patio. The continental breakfast was very good with a large selection of items. A machine providing coffee, tea, hot chocolate, creamers etc... was available 24/7. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. All the staff were friendly. The outside doors were not locked making it easier to access. The outside was landscaped nicely and our dog enjoyed it chasing squirrels. Parking was easy.

"Convenient location, large room"
Perfect hotel for exploring Kingston. Very clean large room with all the amenities needed. Having a small kitchen, living room, etc. was both useful and comfortable. Close to everything and on the waterfront trails. Even the coffee is fabulous.

We stayed in one of the updated rooms. The room was basic and clean. Walls were too thin and we heard clear conversations from our neighbours. We had a pool view but pool was under construction, so no view. Room staff were very nice.

There are leash-free parks throughout town, including Rotary Park in the West; MacLean Trail Park in the East; Memorial Centre in the South; and Meadowbrook Park in the North. If you’d like to stretch your legs too, bring your pooch to Rideau Trail. This 5-km path takes you through the forest trees and old railway tracks. Just remember that Spot needs to be leashed as you explore this pathway of town.
