"Great location. The old girl need a bit of TLC."
Wow great spot to get outdoors and explore. Lovely hotel with loads of character. Very friendly and helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. The hotel just needs a good mainenance check up. P.S. The Stonewater pub on adjacent corner is fantastic. Warm and friendly atmosphere enjoy the "open mic" night on Thursdays. What a cute township. Could happily live here.

"3 Night Stay"
We stayed for 3 nights in Kingston at this hotel. The staff were excellent. The ambiance of the rooms, Tom's Bistro was a nice surprise. We enjoyed the fireplace in our room and the wood fireplace in Tom's Place, the bar/bistro was very nice. The food was excellent so we mostly ate there during our stay. I would stay here if ever back in the area again.

We had a king suite. It was comfortable. The sofa bed was stained and old but the bed was comfortable and clean. A coffee table would be a good addition to the room.

"Great staff, comfortable rooms"
We had a lovely view overlooking the harbor, towards City Hall. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly, and the service in the lounge was spectacular, with one server giving us a quick history lesson on Kingston. She was very friendly and made us feel at home.

"Trip to the Canada side of the 1000 islands"
So the place is old but it was clean and somewhat comfortable. It was down the street from a casino and is right in the 1000 islands region of Canada. The free breakfast consisted of scrambled eggs and sausage. Toast, fruit, muffins and cereal are also available. Just get there early to get a better selection of fruits. The tour bus group got in their early and left just a few pieces of fruit but they were bringing out fresh scrambled eggs which were real and not the powdered variety. They had redone the bathroom of our room and the beds were comfortable. It had a balcony to sit out on but the view of the Tim Hortons was what we had so it left something to be desired. Would I say there again? Yeah, it wasn't the worst and not the greatest but the price was right and we did get a good night sleep. for a little excitement there is a casino just minutes away and plenty of restaurants around and the finger lakes and the US border are less than a half hour away.

"Great Price"
We wanted to check in a little early to dress for an afternoon wedding and the staff were happy to accommodate us. The room was very clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and the price was fantastic. It was close to where we wanted to be and we would certainly stay there again.

After several hours in the great outdoors, make your way back to downtown Kingston to wash up, change, and get ready for the main event: dinner. You’ll find everything you could ever dream of eating on Princess Street, which is home to numerous restaurants, cafes, and pubs. Try Greek food, Japanese, or seafood, followed by a glass of wine and shared dessert.
