Very quaint setting all was lovely. Only disappointment was I would have enjoyed seeing The Sand Banks beach but like all beaches it’s closed. This certainly isn’t a reflection of the Waring House.

A very resort like property that made our trip to the Belleville area very pleasant. Loved the pub and menu breakfast that was included.

Obviously either short staff or disinterested staff, room was not made when we arrived,in the room, desk staff not very friendly. dining room service, patchy, although our waitress did try and was friendly. food passable but not that great, we had been before, but I doubt we will ever return.

Our booked room was on the second floor without an elevator. We were not told this when we booked and when we checked in, I had concerns that we had 17 stairs to climb to get to our room. We our seniors (83/72) trying to manage suitcases and a small cooler. They could not accommodate us on the ground floor. Room was missing amenities and I had to call the reception regarding a dusty, dirty coffee table. Then there was a problem with flushing the toilet and maintenance staff had to fix that. The outdoor balcony was mouldy and chairs needed a good cleaning. Bed mattress was well used and uncomfortable. This accommodation is tired and in need of a good cleaning and update. We were very disappointed with our space!! The grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Restaurant and food were fantastic. We felt that the price for what we got was overpriced, certainly not worth it.

Breakfast options were great, service was slow. Give yourself some time to enjoy the breakfast. Dinner at the Barley Room fell flat for us; food was underwhelming and we didn't feel welcomed when we arrived 15 minutes prior to kitchen closing at 8:30. Overall value is great, conveniently located to many restaurants and wineries.

We didn't realize our room was at the top of a steep flight of stairs which was difficult for accessibility. We only take showers and the shower was very tiny but there is a huge jet tub. Breakfast was included and was good. The servers in the restaurant were excellent - especially since they were understaffed.
