This property is in a neighborhood with lots of families and dogs. There is a lovely paved path that goes through the neighborhood, with play areas along the way. The house is close to shopping and everything you might need with easy access to downtown. The house has been split into two units. There is a nice, large fenced yard, which we loved for our Golden, but there was no direct access from the apt; the door to the backyard is in the shared foyer. Our daughter has trouble with steps, but was able to navigate the step into the house and the 4 steps up to the apartment. We would definitely book again. ##### Janice M. The backyard was perfect for having your morning coffee or just sitting outside, enjoying the weather or having a BBQ and perfect for our dogs!!
