"The room itself was comfortable. The mattress on the bed was amazing! I wanted to bring it home! The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and everything went smoothly. False alarm thank goodness! The free breakfast could be improved on. I highly recommend this hotel for a night before a cruise!"

"The view at the Pan Pacific is amazing and was definitely a highlight of our stay. However, we found the hotel itself to be a bit dated and in need of some renovations. Given the price per night, we had expected the room to be more modern and better maintained."

"Clean, kind staff, great location. Good value for what we paid. Access to amenities was very nice. We had a bit of a miscommunication with staff about getting our room serviced (they came once during our 4 night stay, even when we explicitly asked them to), but they were quick to at least change our towels. Overall, would recommend and would stay here again."

"The staff were always available and helpful and kind when needed. The pool was amazing for doing laps and warm! Breakfast variety and quality was excellent. Use the Concierge in the lobby for finding things to do in the area. They seemed a little more resourceful. The Kitchen Pallet on W Hastings was also incredibles food and service! Short walk The seaplane flight tour of the mountain coastline was worth it too!"
