Location was great, overall was clean by shower was broken and table yo use in the morning as well bathroom sink was plugged. Told front end staff and said sorry will report to house maintenance. No compensation offers for pay $$$ for a room and couldn’t use the shower.

I feel it was run down , rooms need to be updated. My room was not safe the floor was lifting up and i just about tripped few times.i feel my check-in was great and the person working was polite. I would not come back again.

I dealt with a gentleman named Jeremy. If you want to see a lesson in A level customer service, see him. He’s one of the nicest people you’ll meet and his attention to detail to help make your stay better is excellent. He’ll do his very best to help you out.
