The bed was not very comfortable and the sounds from the hallway sounded like they were in your room. We also struggled a lot to get out of the parking lot onto Blue Lakes. It was alright.

I’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s perfect for my family of 6 with the three queen rooms. Actually the room we stayed in I could swear had two kings and a queen. The sleeper sofas in most hotels are TERRIBLE. Breakfast also has many option. I highly recommend this Best Western.

My first impression was the carpet down the hallway, looked really dirty, but I think it was a poor choice of design. Secondly, I noticed my pillows were really lumpy and not very large in size and when I asked for more, I was told there weren’t any. They Accommodate us with an extra comforter, so we use that as a pillow for setting up in bed. mattress had an indent or someone had been sleeping. We asked if we could check in early by a couple hours and we were told we need to pay $30 additional. Other than that it was OK.

We enjoyed our one-night stay. Staff was terrific. The entire hotel, including our room was very clean. Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We loved the swimming pool, and I'd rate the breakfast well above the typical hotel breakfast buffet.

Upon check in my non smoking room it smelled horrible of cigarette smoke. The window ledge had cigarette ashes covering it. The sheets even smelled of cigarette smoke. Later that evening I Tried to take a bath and the tub plug did not work. Unfortunate

We were traveling with our pets and because we booked through Expedia they had us booked in a non-pet room. Once we got our room changed, we were told pets had to stay on first floor (pretty standard for hotels). We did see a woman with her dog get on the elevator so we’re not sure if she was a member or what. Our room had a really strong smell. Might have been a cleaning agent but not sure. Whatever it was, gave me a headache and was difficult to sleep. We had opened a window however the screen was torn so we were afraid our cat would get out. The bed was comfortable but the sheets were scratchy. Breakfast was convenient and had some good choices.
