Located in a brand new corporate neighborhood on the west side of town near the hospital and Xavier Charter School, these upscale townhomes were built specifically for short term rentals. They include many amenities you wouldn't expect to find on the road, but that's because we are travelers, too.

This unit, 1085A, is a full Kitchen unit complete with 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and a kitchen / living room as well as a fully fenced and private backyard.

What a wonderful, peaceful place to have our Christmas holiday. We were so pleased with the backyard and pet friendly atmosphere, so nice to bring our dogs with us. The kitchen was wonderful and stocked with all of the equipment we might need.

Great Condo! Amazing amenities!
This is an extremely well equipped condo with over the top amenities for a VRBO rental. Video game console, board games, huge comfy bath towels, robes, wet bar with beer, wine, and bourbon 😉, candy, granola bars, coffee, tea, and even a little jar of TJ Rancher M & M’s. All the little extras made this a great stay.

Terrific Stay
We enjoyed a terrific stay at TJ Rancher. This house is new, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail and the luxurious amenities, like the nice linens and towels, the comfortable Beautyrest Black beds, the large smart tvs, the gas stove for cooking a delicious breakfast, the convenience of laundry detergent and dryer sheets to do a load of clothes. The location was great, easy to find. The manager was very kind, and communicated well.

There was a system problem, I reserved the larger suite a few minutes after someone else had, and the system had not communicated yet and still let me reserve it. The owners contacted me, and offered me the smaller kitchenette instead, with a refund for the difference in price. I appreciated that solution. The apartment we very new, very clean, very nicely decorated and convenient. It was in a nice neighborhood, full of new construction, close to the places we wanted to go. Be aware that the music on the smart panel in the bedroom plays in the next apartment (?) They don't like it when you play with that at night! The rental was perfect, everything was wonderful. We plan to return. There was a previous review that complained about noise in the "Alley." This is just a small sidewalk going to the apartment behind this one. It is not a public thouroughfare. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Great accommodations! We wish we were staying longer instead of just passing through.
The unit was great and there were very thoughtful touches everywhere. I guess my only comment would be that I wish there were two bedrooms. Honestly, it was a beautiful, new unit and everything was exceptionally nice.

Clean, well equipped, but the couch needs an update
The property was great. It was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable beds. We really enjoyed the place. The one downside is the couch is hands down the most uncomfortable couch we have ever sat on. It was tiny, hard, awkward. Everything else was fantastic!
