"Just want to preface this by saying I know they're a new hotel, and they're still working out kinks so I'm sure some of this stuff will improve over time. Overall, the stay was OK. The outdoor spaces were nice, but the room itself was super small and looked cheaply done. There was no cold water at night, and my colleague had to be moved twice because the AC kept dripping. My room was not cleaned a single time in my week long stay. There were large chunks of time where the front desk was unstaffed. The front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly though, and I appreciate their help! Overall my stay did not meet my expectations, and I think it's overpriced for the quality of the hotel. "

"We had the most amazing time! We got in and headed straight out to hike at Joshua Tree. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and everything was very clean! "

"Staff is absolutely amazing. I had stayed here couple of different time and never had any issues. Check in took me all of two minutes. Check out even less. Anything we needed the staff had no problem helping with. Will definitely be staying here again and ONLY here if they aren’t booked completely."
