« We had a good stay overall. The unit itself was very clean, and check-in/check-out were smooth and easy. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is great, with quick access to downtown—very convenient if you want to be in the heart of things. That said, there are a few things to be aware of: there is no designated parking for the unit. « I traveled from Alaska to visit family in Kingsport. The rental was amazing!!! I loved how clean, comfortable and quiet it was. I had coffee on the porch and read outside in the evening. We will be traveling back a few times a year and I plan to stay here as much as it is available! Thank you!!! »

« John and Mel have created a cozy space to relax and recharge! Bristol was beautiful and we were able to get in a 20 mile bike ride on the Creeper Trail which was so beautiful! »

« It was a great stay! The location is very convenient. We had a few small issues, but they were resolved quickly! Ashley came in person to help us out, and she was a pleasure. I do think the place could use new paint and flooring, and maybe a new washing machine. I was nervous to use the washing machine due to rust in it, I didn’t want to risk it getting on my clothes. »

« We enjoyed our stay. »
