Our goal is to provide everything our guests need to feel right at home! Guest Access: Getting to our place is super easy, and downtown JC has a ton of free parking! The Downtown Square Lot next to our place is usually a safe bet from morning till late afternoon, but right across the street from that is a huge lot that has options pretty much any time of day or night. This apartment does not come with a designated parking spot, as all parking is first-come-first-serve. Our place is a short walk from any of the downtown lots. The keypad on our doors makes it super convenient to come and go as you please while you explore the city. The Neighborhood: Our place is right in the heart of Downtown JC. It's super walkable and is the perfect starting point for whatever you'd like to get into. You'll definitely feel like you're in the middle of the action, but of course, that also means you might hear some noise from trains and nightlife. We think it's just part of the vibe and embrace it! Getting Around: Effortlessly traverse downtown Johnson City and its surroundings by strolling through local attractions and relying on the city's pedestrian-friendly infrastructure. For longer distances, opt for the convenience and flexibility of a car, making it easy to explore the area at your own pace. Our guests can walk to some of the best restaurants in the region and Pierre's Marketplace (Local Grocery Store) is right across the street! Walk to parks, breweries, shops, restaurants, and more! The other tenants next to us were fighting constantly and you could hear every word they were saying. When the bar's closed at 2am the parking lot next to the apartment sounded like they were rioting. Cursing loudly, fighting, racing and banging on everything they could lasted until 3:30 in the morning. I was scared and couldn't see outside because the windows are to high to see out of. The next morning we went to walk outside and had to step over puke and homeless people sleeping next to the entrance. We left immediately and had to go check into a hotel for my children's safety. It is very clean & cute and had everything we could have needed. Our kids were excited to stay in a "luxury loft" b/c we usually stay in cabins on our way back from the Outer Banks. It is within walking distance to so many restaurants & shops, and a short drive to the Johnson City Doughboys baseball stadium, which was fun! Our only complaint would be feeling a little uneasy about the large number of homeless people that are everywhere. God bless them, but we encountered a couple people that made our children feel unsafe. The parking lot behind the apartment building was super close and nice and had video cameras, which made us feel better. We would definitely recommend this loft to anyone making a stop in Johnson City ##### Emily B.
