"Please go spend your money elsewhere! We have to autistic daughters who have an extreme age difference. The room we paid for said online it had 2 twin beds. We got there and it only had one for them to share. I called management and asked to get whatbi paid for sue to our daughters sensory issues and they told me nothing was available. After we left and i asked for a partial refund because we were not given what we paid for as well as the community amenities were not functioning and the ones that were were disgusting, he rufused to give us a resonable refund and stated if i were to have told him our daughters were autistic he would have provided us with a different room. Telling him my daughters are autistic is a violation of the ADA and i dont have to make that known to thembwhen i alteady booked and paid for a room to suit my daughters needs. Absolutely ridiculous. There community pool area was disgusting bandaids everywhere-used ones, spilled drinks that were not cleaned up, pool was so disgustingly dirty you wouldn't see through the water, the steam room and sauna they avertised were out of order. The unitnwe stayed in the fridge barely worked floor boards were split. I have stayed in motels in better condition than this so called resort"

"One of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Walls had holes, and the holes that had been filled in were not painted. Food from a previous guest was left in the refrigerator and I have no idea for how long. Opened the refrigerator door and it caused me to gag. No coffee maker. Manager had to track one down for us. No microwave. If you wanted to heat something up, you had to get dressed and go to the lobby. Sheets seemed clean, but the blanket had make-up stains on it. Requested maid service and never got it. They didn't even collect the trash. Had an indoor pool. It seemed to be in disrepair and was closed. No mention of it when I checked in. Had a room for handicapped and you had to use an alternate hallway for a RAMP to get to the FIRST floor room. When I opened the door to that hallway, it was dark and it reeked. The smell was a cross between sex and microwave popcorn. They say they had a continental breakfast but there was no way i would trust it. Couldn't get a signal on the TV the first night there. Talked to the manager on duty and all he said was he would tell the manager tomorrow. No talk of a discount or another room. If this is a "Best" Western, I'd hate to see the worst! "

"This is the best kept secret place to stay as far as being an inexpensive place to stay. Ms. GRACE is a wonderful hostess. She will make sure everything is perfect for you. There is a pool. Its conveniently located before coming into town & heavy traffic. "

"Be prepared for check-in to take awhile if you book through expedia. Front desk is not trained to handle that. Our room was ready early, 1 of the few good things. We went to the water park area only to discover that at least half the water areas were closed. We went to the small rooftop pool which was extremely crowded since almost everything else was closed. Several slides were open but that was it. It is ridiculous to pay for a water park stay & they be inoperational. They could have at least offered discounts for the adventure part of the resort. Our bed was hard & uncomfortable but the pillows were ok. We ordered pizza from off site because we've had bad experiences with the resort food. So disappointed with our stay."
