We were on the 3rd floor which was great. The floor is beautiful but it creaks very loudly. I’ve been in construction my whole life and I know that very old buildings creak! Weekend activities, a parade. All the fun things. Great place to stay. Needs some fixes, some paint is peeling here and there, a comfy couch would be nice, a bigger TV would help. I would go back. Very spacious and right in the center of downtown Jonesborough, making it very easy to get around and visit the cute shops. The parking is street parking or some of the nearby parking lots but nothing too far. The communication with property management was very poor, which is why I rated 3 stars instead of 5\. The check in process was lacking, aka nonexistent. I never received any instructions for check in, and I had a hard time finding the entrance to the place. I had to message the property manager and when I received no response I called the property managers 4 times before receiving a response. The whole ordeal made it so I didn't get inside the place until an hour after I arrived. I would consider staying here again and recommending the place if the communication improves. ##### Lane H.
